Problem changing users

When I go to change users in XP Home its poping up a grey box that says This
computer is in use or locked. Only my user name or admin can unlock the
system and then gives a User name password box. How can I get it to show the
blue box with all my user icons again?

To enable Fast User Switching, you must also enable the Use the Welcome
screen option. This feature cannot be used if your computer is a member of a
domain.
