Problem at Windows startup

An Error message comes up when my comp loads saying that
wuamgrd.exe has created an error and then I cannot type or
do anything but I can get into my task manager and restart
and when I do everything works again!

Please help Im on Windows 2000

Come on all you smart programmers out there who know the
answer!
 
You need to find out what "wuamgrd.exe" is. It is not a Microsoft file, and
Google has no information about it. Find the file on your hard disk, and
see if file properties reveals what program it is, or belongs to, and then
uninstall this program. Also, search your registry for "wuamgrd.exe", to
find why it is trying to load.
