Problem accessing Microsoft Partner website

Hello,

A technical router suggested I post here in reference to a problem that
I am having accessing the Microsoft Partners website.

Yesterday I tried to log on and I got "The connection has timed out". I
am trying to access https://partners.microsoft.com (also tried
http://partners.microsoft.com, https://partner.microsoft.com,
http://partner.microsoft.com, and http://www.microsoft.com/partners).

I can access Hotmail, MSN, the Zone, MSNBC, the Knowledge Base, OEM
System Builder, the main Microsoft page, but not the partners site.

Note: I can access the http://www.microsoft.com/partners website, but it
redirects me to https://partner.microsoft.com, which I cannot access.

Thank you for any assistance.
 
Sign out of all Passport/Live websites and try again.
