Not displaying Secured Websites

Y

Yohanna

Hi,

I'm trying to access a secured website (https) through my
dial up connection but I can't seem to get through. I get
the "Page cannot be displayed" error. But when I connect
to the work network I can access it through that. I have
the same laptop as my work partner and he can access the
secured website using the same dial-up ISP.

Is there a setting that I need to set to IE to allow me
view secured websites?

The website I'm trying to access is the Macquarie bank,
online banking system found at

ice.htm

There is a setting in tools>internet options>advanced tab:

At the bottom there should be encryption settings:
check all of the "Use (Some Kind Of Encryption)"
