Prob when new Users Logoff !!!!!

With a brand new user, I can log on a terminal server
but, when I log off, It's take 60 sec before the log off
was complete, I receive an error on the Event Viewer

"Windows cannot unload your registry class file. If you
have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated.
Contact your administrator.

DETAIL Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)). "

After that, I can not delete the local profile of this
user because two files are still in use: UsrClass.dat and
UsrClass.dat.LOG.

On the usrenv.log, I have always this error:
USERENV(89c.8cc) 16:27:54:726 MyRegUnLoadKey: Hive unload
for S-1-5-21-533794699-359337917-398547282-3844_Classes
failed due to open registry key. Windows will try
unloading the registry hive once a second for the next 60
seconds (max).
USERENV(89c.8cc) 16:28:54:835 MyRegUnLoadKey: Windows was
not able to unload the registry hive.
USERENV(89c.8cc) 16:28:54:835 MyRegUnLoadKey: Failed to
unmount hive 5

registry key. This one:

3844_Classes\Software\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Preferences]
"AcceptedPrivacyStatement"=dword:00000001

I use Windows 2000 Terminal Server, SP3 with Citrix
Metaframe XPa SP2 FR2, Internet Explorer 6, Media Player
9, (The server is Up to date but I can not Install SP4
now !!!!)

No, I don't have an antivirus on this server.

This server is on until 5 months but it's recently I have
This problem. I think it's on of the Windows Update
Security Fix but I don't kown witch one.

Hope they work for you - they did not do it in my case,
although the issue seemed to start right about the time of
the install of the Blaster patch. I have no intention of
uninstalling the patch though... I will keep looking for
other solutions and if I find another one, I'll post it
here too.

Hello, I log my prob to Microsoft me too. They told me to
install a lot of Hot-Fix, SP4, and nothing work ! But
all seems to ponit to Media Player 9 !!!!

I work again with Microsoft and When we found the prob, I
post it !!!
