Any specific reason why you dont like Windows XP professional and would like
to use Windows XP Home edition ?

There are no tweaks for that.
There also is no downgrade path so a Clean Installation (destroys all
data) with Windows XP Home is required.
Windows XP Home are identical in Stability and performance.
What do you want to gain by the switch?
There is no advantage to be gained by the downgrade since most of the
code is identical.
