Priority update failed keeps failing

I'm trying to download a priority update for .net framework 1.1 service pack
1. It is ready to be installed, but I keep getting the message SL67.tmp has
encountered a problem and needs to close and the update fails to install.
I've tried several times to download this update and the error comes up every
time. Thanks.
