Please do not ask for help in a Microsoft newsgroup with respect to
non-Microsoft software.
When you have a problem with software, please identify the version you
are using.
When you have a printing problem, identify the make and model of your
printer.
Now, with all that out of the way, and assuming (for no good reason)
that you have WordPerfect version 10, see what WordPerfect says: http://tinyurl.com/pe14 and what MicroSoft says: http://tinyurl.com/lsbb
If these don't solve your problem, search at http://tinyurl.com/pe1a or
post a question at news://cnews.corel.com/corel.wpoffice.wordperfect10
If you are using a different version of WordPerfect, post in the
appropriate WordPerfect newsgroup.
