Printing web page address

How do I get the web address to print on the pages I
print from a web site?
 
Go to File then Page Setup... Enter this code in either header
or footer as desired.

The default settings in page setup are;

Header: &w&bPage &p of &P

Footer: &u&b&d

The codes for web address is;

&u Page Address (URL)
