Printing from Web

Over the past few days I cannot print from File option on the web nor can I
print any page that says print this page. When I click Print from File option
nothing happens or when I click Print Preview I get a blank page I can print
all my documents from my desktop it only seems to be the web pages affected.
Can anyone help

Start>Control Panel>Printers and Faxes
Rightclick your printer and uncheck "Use Printer offline".

Thanks for your reply but I restored my system to a previous date and it
fixed my problem
