printing to nt printer server

I have a user who is printing from 2K Pro WS to a NT 4.0
Print Server. In one, and only one, application when she
prints it changes to the manual tray. Printer is HP
8000DN, the 2k drivers are installed on print server. I
checked printer preferences and it is calling for
automatic selection of paper tray. It only does it in one
application, print screens in Rumba, which usually depend
upon local print queue configs. What could I be checking
that I am missing? I have checked Control Panel, Printers
and it is calling for automatic selection. On the Print
server the queue is setup for automatic selection. Only
happens with one user.

Hello,

In Windows, the applications can overwrite the printer settings. So
this should be the right place to work on. E.g. Microsoft Office
stores these settings whithin the Documents/Templates.
