printing spooler

I tried to install xerox workstation 50cx to my computer
(window xp) but cannot succeed even after I have
downloaded the new drivers from Xerox. The error message
is Spooler SubSystem App error. Does anyone know if
anything can be done now? I cannot even use the install
harddisk wizard to install a new printer. Desperately,
Mike.
