Printing Sent Items and Viewing What Was Attached

Outlook 2003.

When printing a sent message it doesn’t show the name of the attachments
under the sent and to items.

It does on mine, but not on a colleague’s PC, is there a reason for this? Is
there a change to do?

Are the versions the same? Are all updates installed on both? Are the
message formats the same?

Whether the attachment name prints depends on one or more of the above.

Wny is that? Isn't this a bug? I have a similar request from a client
- printing from Sent Items (w' attachments) does not show the attachment
line.

I'd like to fix this, or workaround it.
