When printing in Word, I would like to print off isolated reviewers. Often 5
people are reviewing it and I need to isolate and print 2 of the 5's comments.

This is not a WORD newsgroup. This is an ACESS newsgroup.

This newsgroup is devoted to general questions about the database
product called Access which is part of the Office family of products.
For the best responses to your question, try posting in one of the
29 Word newsgroups.

They all start like this:

microsoft.public.word

Good luck,

Chances are you will need to have each comment on a separate page and
then in the printer dialog box type in the page numbers you want to print.

This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the database
program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not be related
to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that clear and may
have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
