OK, I have a user that has a form in Word. She is using Word 2002
(XP). She would like to print the contents of the form. (The part that
gets filled out). You should be able to do this by going to
tools/options/save/ and placing a check in the "Save data only for
forms" radio button. At this point you can click file/save copy as...
choose a location and save as a text file.
The text file should be comma delimited so it can be imported into
access or whatever database you want.
When we try to save the file, it never appears as saved. It does not
show up at the location specified, or anywhere for that matter.
I have installed all the updates for office. any assistance would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks
