I am working on access 2002 application developed to track
documents. One of my form contains a print button. The
button is suppose to work in the following way:

User clicks on the button and a report opens up in the
preview mode. The user is then suppose to go to File..
Print... once the user does that the print dialog box
opens and user selects the printer name and clicks OK

Problem: the report doesn't print on the specified printer
(location A). It prints at a printer in another location
(e.g. location B) within the facility (the application was
originally created at this location(location-B)).

can someone help me with the matter.

thanks

It appears that in the designm mode the report was ties to
a specific printer and this printer was retained. Open
the report in Desgnview and go to page setup on the file
menu. Click on the Page tab and make sure that you select
to use the default printer.
This should clear up this issue.
Hope it works.
