No. pdf is not a Microsoft product. They offer a similar free extension in
Office called snapshot.

If you need a pdf, you will have to download a free pdf writer (such as
cutepdf) then you can print the report to the fake printer that the software
creates and it will allow you to save it as a pdf file.

Hope that helps,

Yes, you can do this.

However, you need a PDF creator. You can purchase a commercial one form
adobe.

Or you can grab the following free one here:

It is absolutely Free,

And free means no watermarks, no nag screens, no annoying Popup
advertisements, no time limits etc.

It is also very fast, and works very well. I highly recommend it.

Note that pdf file creators actually install a printer that "CREATES" pdf
files. So, you run your software of choice (Excel, ms-access etc.), and then
print to this PDF creator...and it will then make a pdf file for you.

There are many shareware free applications which will allow you to print to
pdf files....everyday someone suggests a way to do this.....you may search
for PDF...or look for "cutePDFWriter" in google. So...in answer to your
question...."YES"
