Only if you have something installed that can print the report as PDF. I use
CutePDF Writer, available at http://www.cutepdf.com/ It's totally free, with
no nag screens or anything. Others prefer PDF995, available at http://www.pdf995.com/, because you can interact with it programmatically.
There are lots of other choices as well.
Bottom line, though, is that Access can't do it by itself.
Yes, you need to be able to write pdf documents. Great if you've already
got one from Adobe, otherwise there are several 3rd party offerings from
free to pricey and with many different features.. I use CutePDF, it's a
freebie and works a treat. Do an internet search on the name and it will
walk you thru the installation.
