Printing Quotas

I am looking into purchasing a color laser to put on the network. I want to
only give some users X pages and some other users Y pages that they can
print per month. I really don't care about to many fancy reports or
anything else other than ways I can override the limits for special events.
Since Windows 2003 does not have quota's for printing what aftermarket
program can economically do this.
