Printing Question

I want to print sheets from several books, having the
page numbers sequential (as tho they were all in the same
book). Is this possible?

It might be easiest to just create a new workbook, copy all the worksheets from
each workbook into that new workbook.

Then rearrange the worksheets in the order you want
select all the worksheets
File|page setup and fix the footer/header the way you want (if you want a common
page number location)

Then File|print|Entire Workbook

(I'd check it with print preview first.)

If you have multiple workbooks open, you can use
window|arrange|tiled

and just drag the worksheet tabs to the new workbook.
(Ctrl-drag would copy, but moving seems easier to keep track--just don't save
the existing workbooks.)

One way is to keep the files in a binder rather than a folder.

Start at the desktop and right-click
New >> Microsoft office binder
Then open the binder and drag the Excel files into the left panel of its
window.

The binder's built-in "help" gives an overview of how to use it. Basically,
it's kind of like a folder, but can contain only MS-Office files (e.g.,
Excel, Word).

Under
File >> Binder options
choose
Print binder as a single job

Under
File >> Binder page setup >> Print settings >> Page numbering
choose
Consecutive

To print, use:
File >> Print Binder

If there are sheets in a workbook that aren't supposed to be printed, you
can use
Format >> Sheet >> Hide
