Printing Problems

When we go to print anything from word, the default print copy is set to
300. We set it back to 1, print and close. Next time we print, it is back
to 300.

Has anyone had this problem and knows how to reset it?

Make sure that the number of copies is not set in the printer Properties.

Go to Start, Printers and Faxes, right-click on the printer icon and select
Properties. Select the Printing Preferences tab and reset the number of
copies to 1: then press APPLY and OK to close the dialog.
