Printing Problems Sharp AJ 2200

Has anyone had any experience with printers only printing part of the page?

Test Page print is fine, print a TXT document is fine but Word or MYOB has a
large LH margin.

I have uninstalled the driver, reset the page setup in Word and MYOB but it
has no effect.

Any ideas?

Cari,

Thanks for the tip.

I finally resolved the problem.

Just as a thought I thought I would try connecting the printer via the USB
rather than via the parallel port on another PC. Low and behold it worked.
Back to the troublesome PC connect via USB and now the printer printed
perfectly.

Anyway the upshot of the exercise was either the printer port LPT1 or the
cable or the connection on the printer has gone sad. Why do this overnight
is anyone's guess, as my wife says its only a box of plastic and solder.

Shouting at it or just giving up and walking away sometimes produces the
