printing problem

My documents go to the printer queue, but will only print if I reboot the
PC-- if then; and if a document does print, it will do only that one, even if
there's more in the queue. To print the next document, I have to reboot
again, and yet again for each remaining document. All help appreciated!

I would disconnect the Printer and remove any Drivers or Software from
Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
Then restart and reinstall the Software and then the Printer.

Ruth, in order to answer here just rt click on your original post and
select Reply to Group.
Not to sure what's happening with the Print Preview. You could try
going to Epson's site and looking for updated
Software and drivers for your Printer. Also, you could check at Control
Panel>Printers and Faxes>rt click on your
Printer>select Properties>Advanced>Make sure you have selected "Always
Available", " Spool Print Documents",
"Start Printing Immediately" and check " Advanced Printing Features
Enabled ". Click Apply, Ok. if these are not
selected.
