Printing problem with Internet

Good evening,

A friend of mine is having a problem with printing from the Internet and
E-mail. Whenever she prints items from her e-mail or internet, it prints in
a very large font. However, when she prints items from just a document she
typed up in Word, Excel, etc., it prints normal. She does have AOL, so I am
not sure if this has anything to do with it. I have tried searching this on
AOL's website and on the internet to no avail.

Any ideas???

What email program is she using?

She is using the AOL email program and the AOL browser. Only when she prints
from the AOL email program and the AOL browser does she have this printing
problem.
