printing/print view major problem

I am using Word 2000 and have done a Detect and Repair and yet the problem
remains.
I enter text into _any_ Word document, existing or New, and everything
looks good on screen in Print Layout View. When Printing or viewing the
document using Print View, about 1/3 of the right side of the document is
missing.

The Page Margins and the size of the paper are correct (A4), but the
problem persists.

This is a global problem and exists on all of my Word documents. Any

Well, after uninstalling Word, rebooting and reinstall Word, I had the
same problem. I went to the MSKB and saw a similar problem which referred
to Print Option in Tools \ Option. I unchecked 'allow resizing for A4,
etc.' and that did the trick. Sorry for the post.
