Printing pblm after inst XP-SP2

Hello! have Office (Word+Publisher) printing pblm's - Jobs staying in the
queue with status 'spooling' and unable to remotely delete them. Only have
this pblm with
HP Laser jet 4000 and HP Color Laser jet 4550. HP Deskjet 845 works fine.

i Have no problem if printing from notepad. Has anyone an idea the way
i can resolve this problem.
