printing Outlook monthly calendar results in inverse text (white on black vs. black on white)

Help,

Outlook 2000 is suddenly printing out the calendar in inverse text
(black on white vs. white on black).

Outlook 2002 doesn't (using the same PST file).

Happens on multiple machines with the same PST file...

Any hints? Tried turning on and off shading in the printing options,
to no avail. Did change some things, but didn't fix the problem,

Help needed,

Okay, turns out this happens even in Outlook 2003 (which I upgraded to
in order to fix this problem, just to find that it didn't)! I believe
it's a printer driver issue with the HP LaserJet 3100 on Windows XP.
Somehow it mis-renders the text.

My only work around is to print to a PDF and then to print the PDF
(which I'm guessing prints just like a graphic prints, since it
works).

Counting on God to deliver us a better office suite.
