My Outlook calendar now only prints in Black & White - Fix???

Outlook calendar used to print schedule bars with the colors I had selected
for personal, business, etc., but suddenly, all the calendars are black &
white. I must have inadvertently hit some switch - anyone have any way to
get color back into my life? thanks.

I'm pretty sure you checked this but double check the settings you've got
set for the printer. You can force a color printer to print monochrome.

Hi Vince-
Good idea, but the printer settings are ok. I failed to mention that the
colors also do not show up on my monitor either. I copied the .PST file to
another machine and everything looks fine, so it must be a setting within
Outlook.

Are you saying that the color settings in Outlook for the presentation of
the UI (i.e., calendar background color, the Label color, view coloring with
Tools>Organize>Use Colors, etc.). don't appear on either the monitor or the
printed page? Have you verified your Windows Theme settings are correct?

I have background color, but all the scheduled multi-day events are open
celled with no color - yes, I checked each item and they show as Business
(blue), Personal (green) etc. The Theme settings are fine. As I said
earlier, the colors were correct a month ago, I just don't know what I may
have changed to cause the events to lose their colors.

Alas, I'm at a loss. I've never seen that.
