printing not possible in HTML-format

Hello!

From one windows2000-computer in our network it is not possible to print in
Outlook 2002, when the message format is HTML.
Nothing happens, there are no error messages
When the format is RTF, there is no problem.
Also from Internet Explorer it is not possible to print, so I think it is a
HTML-problem.
I searched the knowledgebase of Microsoft, but I didn't find possible
solutions.

Help will be very appreciated, thanks!

HTML Printing problem on Outlook express and Outlook 2000 also

How can I resolve it.. please help me
