Printing New Mail Messages In Outlook 2003

Everytime I create a new mail messages in Outlook 2003
and then try to print it, the from, to, cc, and subject
fields is not printing. Only the message that I type is
printing.
Do anyone know how to troubleshoot this problem?

Hi,

Try to click Save before Print. Btw, you can install our Print Tools and
print all outgoing messages automatically (you can filter messages by
subject, recipient and/or other fields with Rules Wizard):

Either send the message and print from the Sent Items folder, or close and
save the message, turn off WordMail in Tools | Options | Mail Format, then
open and print the message.
