Printing Long File Listings

[Fred 2002]

I need to print out several of my Excel and Word file listings to give to a
co-worker so we may consolidate files. I have a print screen program, but
the listings in question are longer than a single screen. Is there a way to
print out the complete listing? Thanks in advance!
