When print previewing my documents they appear normal. When printing this
document, the text appears smaller and somewhat condensed, not taking use of
the full page.

Check your printer settings. It is possible to scale down a print and
perhaps yours isn't set to print at 100%.

If this is Word 2002 or 2003, most likely the document contains comments or
tracked changes, and Word is allowing margin space for the "balloons."

That is exactly correct!!! There were track changes all thoughout this
document. How would I correct it to make it print out normal???

I was able to print the document by changing the printer settings to
"DOCUMENT". It was set at "DOCUMENTS SHOWING MARKUP"
Thanks for helping me realize where the problem was!! Avoiding many long
hours of trying to figure out what was happening with my document!!

In addition to selecting "Document" rather than "Document showing markup" in
the Print dialog (as you discovered), you can also change the view from
Final Showing Markup to Final on the Reviewing toolbar before printing.
