Printing in Word or Outlook

Does anyone know what changed? Printing in Word or outlook produces a save
as window? What's up with that?
 
Click on Start | Control Panel | Printers. Which printer is
selected as the default printer? If it isn't the printer you
really want to print to, then right-click on the one you do want
to print to and left-click on "Set as Default".
