I am now using Word 2007. Most of my documents were created in 2003. When I
pull up an old document, make changes and print, I am given a separate sheet
of paper at the end of the printed document with the following information:

Filename: book loan signup sheet.doc
Directory: C:\Documents and Settings\norbyc\My Documents\Book Cards
Template: C:\Documents and Settings\norbyc\Application
Data \Microsoft\ Templates\N orma1.dotm
Title: Name

Author: A satisfied Microsoft Office User

Number of Words: 17 (approx.) Number of Characters: 99 (approx.)

This page never printed out in Word 2003. I don't know what this message is
called so I can't find it in the help file to turn it off.....anyone know
where to go to shut this feature off?

In Word 2007, click on Office Button | Word Options | Display |
uncheck the "Print document properties" box | OK.

In Word 2003 or earlier, click on Tools | Options | Print tab |
uncheck the "Document properties" box | OK.
