Printing in Outlook 2003

I'm sure this is simple, but can someone tell me how you print select pages
of an email from Outlook 2003? I can see how to print all or even or odd
pages, but not how to print, say page 1 only or page 1-2. Thanks very much.

If I choose File, Print I get the option to print all, odd or even.

However, I've figured something out. HTML messages give me the option to
print whatever page/s I want. Plain Text messages only let me choose all,
even or odd. Now, if I first chose Edit message and change the plain text
to HTML then I can print just the pages I want. A few extra steps since I
usually don't even open the message, but only use the preview, but it is
possible at least. Is there a way to force all mail coming in to be in HTML
format?

And what options does File>Print give, in the msg window?

Then I can only think that it is your printer driver
I only get the option you posted if I select the msg and print, If I open
the msg & File>Print I get full options

Well, I have about 10 printers to choose from and the options stay the same
no matter which one I choose if I'm in a Plain Text message. Are you sure
your message is plain text? Mine says (plain text) in brackets in the title
bar once I open it. Are you using Outlook 2003? Our Exchange server is
version 2007 if that makes any difference.

OL2003, Word as email editor, WinXpPro, pop mail, HP inkjet1200
All print options available, in either Plain or Html when selected from an
open msg (I created a plain text to double check)
memo style printing only, available when print from a none opened msg (as
per your attachment)
(just triple checked)

That is so weird. The only difference is that I'm using Microsoft Exchange
Server and you're using pop3. That's okay though. At least I've got a
work around. Thanks.
