how to select a page in memo style email to print i/o even or odd

i want to print page 1 of an email in outlook that it's print style is memo.
the print style is defaulted and cannot be moved or changed, so my selection
only gets 3: print even pages/ odd pages or all pages. pls advise how i can
print only page 1, thx.
