printing HTML email

I have one user on our network that cannot print HTML emails. When she
prints, an email with say one line, will print out over 5 pages. A paragragh
will print over 30 pages.

Converting to text only is not an option as the pictures are required.

I've tried printing from the inbox and from an opened message. I've tried
both memo and table styles as well as other printers.

10 other users have no problems at all. I've removed and re-installed
Outlook (2003).

Are there any settings on the Exchange server that could effect this?

I'd look at the browser first - outlook uses IE's print engine.

Did you verify if it works for other users logged in to her computer and for
her when logged into other computers? This will help you determine if it's
the workstation or outlook/exchange.

Thank you for your reply Diane. I hadn't thought of logging in as another
user (duh!). I look into it when I'm on-site at that branch again and let
you know.

Cheers

Hi back again Diane

I've been on site and logged in as another user, it all works fine.

So the problem is in the user account. Printing from IE does the same thing.

Should I now repost this on the IE site?

Does she have all of the same permissions as the other user?

See if anyone in the IE groups knows the cause (and if you solve it, let us
know what worked). The URL for the IE communities is
