Printing HTML documents

When user selects Print nothing happens. Does not get an
error message, just does not print.

Outlook 2002, sp2

Any suggestions?

I also have a user (outlook 2002 SP2) here in the office
who experience printing problems. (all other users are
fine).
I noticed the print preview is greyed out. It does print
but the page is blank.
Any other formats (rich text, plain text) are ok.

It's obviously related to the HTML format but so far I
haven't solved the issue yet.


Any help would be appreciated

"Cant print any HTML messages get message a run time
error has occured do you wish to debug?"

As stated all other formats fine
