Printing Handouts

I have apresentation that I need to print handouts, 3 per page. The pages are
numbered automatically at the bottom. Is there a way to print out only
certain pages and still have the correct sequence number. For example I need
to change only one slide in a large presentation and I have already printed
the handouts. Is there a way to just print out say page 13 of the handouts
and still have the page at the bottom say page 13 rather than page 1. It's a
huge presentation and I need to print a number of copies of the handout. If I
could do this I could just replace the page in my handout s rather than have
to print the whole thing. Is there some kind of workaround.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards

You could try sending the PPT to Word (File > Send to > Microsoft Word). The
resulting file is a table and will give you more options for manipulating the
handout (delete rows, change page number).

Let me know if this works.

If you have Acrobat (full product, not just the free Reader) or any other way of
creating PDFs:

Make a PDF of the handouts then print just the handout pages you want from the
PDF instead of from PPT
