printing from word 2007 cuts off the bottom

hi all,

several times i was printing letters from within word 2007 i had to figure
out that word is just not printing the last line(s) at the bottom of a single
site letter.

there was event a special behavior on one letter. on this letter the last
line was cut off in the middle of the line so only to top half of the line
was being printed.

on other letters i figured out that changing the text size from 12 - which i
do prefere - to 11 fixed the problem and the whole letter was printed out.
switching back to 11 the bottom third was just not printed.

does anyone know what the problem could be?

i already contacted the support of my printer manufacturer and i think we
figured out that there is no problem with the printer or the driver as the
problem appears in word only and i'm using the latest drivers.

thank you all,
greez,

Hi Dialsc

sounds like the printer driver telling Word it has a large unprintable
margin at the bottom. Not unheard of with inkjet printers (at least
historically).

there was event a special behavior on one letter. on this letter the last
line was cut off in the middle of the line so only to top half of the line
was being printed.

What are the page margins in this document? Can you try to reset them
all to zero and let Word correct them?
