Printing Comments in Word 2007

In Word 2003 I was able to set printing options so that comments printed at
the end of a document. I cannot find a similar option in Word 2007, and
unless I select balloons, comments don't print at all. Is this option (or any
option besides balloons) available for printing comments in Word 2007?
 
What you can do is print a list of markup, but that includes not only
comments of course.
 
You can also convert the doc to PDF; Adobe Reader permits printing of
comments.
