In Remote Desktop Connection, click on the Options button.
Click on the Local Resources tab.
In the Local Devices section, put a check mark in the box next
to Printers.
Also, the remote server will need to have appropriate drivers for
your local printer. If your printer is USB based, then also check
the box for USB in the local devices.
i was able to print using remote desktop to my home pc. every since we
changed our firewall from linux to cisco and from windows 2000 to windows
2003 sp1. could that be the reason why or do we need to renable something on
the server side? please let me know how to resolve this. thx in advance.
