printing from PPt Viewer?

Where can I find information about the printing options when using the
PowerPoint Viewer?
Specifically when the presentation is converted to html or when a file is
downloaded and viewed by a college student.

Our faculty are posting PowerPoints in the web courses and students are only
able to print one slide per page, not in handout style (2, 4, 6 per page).

Unfortunately, the Viewer does not allow printing in handout style.

The PowerPoint Viewer can't be used for HTML. Also, the Viewer has only one
print mode - - all slides, one slide per page.

I would recommend that you consider printing the handouts to PDF and offering
the PDF file for download on the web. Then the students could use the Acrobat
Reader to view and/or print the handouts.
