Printing from Outlook 2003 crashes the program

I recently got Office Pro 2003. Prior to that I had Office Pro 97 and Outlook
2000 that came with my PocketPC.

I can print from every application to the USB printer attached to my laptop
excecpt Outlook 2003. Whenever I try to print from Outlook 2003 the
"Printing..." dialog box comes up for an instant then the program shuts down
without any further information.

Note -- I can print from Outlook to the networked parallel port printer in
my house (i.e. attached to other PCs) but not on my attached USB printer, nor
to the networked USB printer. I can also print to my attached printer from
other Office 2003 applications.

On another PC on my network, I can print no problems from Outlook 2003 to
both the parallel port and USB printers attached to that PC.

I have brought this to the attention of MS Technical support and Epson
Technical Support and both were unable to solve the problem.

I have reinstalled Office Pro 2003 twice and no joy. I also have all the
latest updates to XP Home and to Office Pro 2003.

Short of doing a clean installation of Windows XP Home I am hoping some of
the people here can suggest a fix. I am very reluctant to rebuild by laptop.
