Printing from nt server

I have a windows nt server with all the printers shared. Since upgrading the
pc's in the network with xp pro I can no longer print to the printers
connected to the pcs with xp. If I reset-up the printer on the server it will
print 1 time than when I go to print again nothing happens. I can print on
the xp machine loc ally but not from the server. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
