Printing from a shared network printer on Windows XP

We just set new Gateway laptops running Win XP Service Pack 2. The laptops
are on the network and all the laptops share an HPLaserjet 2200n that is
shared on the network. Once in awhile when a user prints from their laptop
they will get the message "Unable to print, check to see if your printer is
online, check the network connection, try a test page, or reinstall the
printer driver" The printer is on, the user is on the network and the
network works. When the user goes to print the error appears and they are
unable to print. This is happening to multiple users, since we set up the
new laptops onto the network. What could be the problem? Are there any
solutions to fix this problem?

Could be a computer browser problem. Please read the respective
chapters in http://www.michna.com/kb/wxnet.htm.
