Printing Document URL in IE6

The problem I have is that IE6 has changed how it prints the URL in the
footer of a page.
It used to print the URL about 5mm - 1/4" UP from the bottom of the
page. Now it prints the URL right on the edge of the bottom of the page
and sometimes it is partly cut off in printing. In 'Print Preview' the
URL also runs along the bottom edge of the page just like the 'under
lining' a word or sentence. It was not always like this but I do not
know what changed.
I am using the same printer with default settings and A4 paper. In
'Print Preview' it makes no difference as to where the URL is placed in
the footer whether I set A4 or Letter size paper.
Regards,
Keith.

No real idea but what settings do you have for the footer and margins
in IE-File-Page Setup?
What happens if you alter the bottom margin?
