Printing from IE6.0: Right-hand side cropped

Many times when I'm trying to print a web page from IE6.0 to A4, the
right hand side of the page is cropped. This can be seen even
in the print preview.

My settings in Internet Explorer are:

Page setup: A4

Margins (millimetres): (set to the minimum)
Left: 4.23 Right: 4.57
Top: 4.57 Bottom: 4.28

My advanced printer settings are:

Paper Size: A4
Fit Page: I've tried "A4" and "Nearest Size and Scale" here without
successs.

Are there any other settings I need to change?
