IE6, Win 98, Laserjet III -- not printing footer

Before I upgraded to IE6, webpages printed fine on my old Laserjet III.
Now, the footer will not print on the Laserjet III, but will print when
using other printers. However, the footer will print on the Laserjet III
when using FireFox or Netscape. I have Page Setup in IE6 set correctly.
How can I fix this problem?

Have you tried increasing the bottom margin in IE's "Page Setup" pop-up
(look on the "file" menu)? Some printers need a wide unprintable area at
the bottom for the paper feed mechanism.

Normally you should also have "&u" (for print URL)in the "Page Setup"
pop-up's text box for footer content. The other browsers might print the
URL in other locations by default.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried all these suggestions, but still no
footer. My problem must have something to do with IE6 printing to this
specific printer (HP Laserjet III).
