I am using Windows XP Home. I have a HP DeskJet 932C printer. My montior
shows color. Printer only prints in B&W. I have replaced all cartridges.
Test prints in color. It has to be something in color management. Bit I
cannot seem to resolve. Any suggestions. Appreciate the help

I don't have any HP color inkjet printers but many different manufacturer's
printer drivers have the ability to be set to black only. Recommend that
you right click the printer's properties in Printers and Faxes (accessed by
clicking Start, Settings then Printers & Faxes). Go to Printing Preferences
and see if there is anything that switches between black and color printing.
My Okidata color laser, Epson C84, Epson 1280, Epson R260 and my Canon BJC80
inkjets all allow black and white printing with a setting as I described.

I have a HP DeskJet6500. Make sure that you are not set to print in
Grayscale.
For mine I go to:
Control Panel>Printers and Faxes>Hp DeskJet 6500>Right click and select
properties>Advanced>select Printing Defaults button in the lower left
corner>click on the Color tab. You will see the Grayscale option here.
Un-check the box.
I hope this helps.
